Steven's expertise is built on a blend of high-level strategy and deep technological skill, holding Master's degrees from both Yale University and New York University's prestigious Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP). Prior to founding the firm, he honed his skills as a technologist for major corporations, including running the internal communication site for Lifetime Television and redesigning user-friendly systems for 10,000 employees as a consultant at Lehman Brothers.
